Maximum Occupancy: The villa accommodates a maximum of 14 guests.
Visitors: Additional daytime visitors are allowed with prior approval. A $50 USD per person day pass applies. Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Events: Any gathering exceeding the maximum occupancy requires prior written approval. An event fee equivalent to one night’s rent will apply. A refundable security deposit of $500 USD will be required for approved events.
Pets: Pets are not allowed unless previously authorized in writing.
Minimum Stay: 7 nights during holidays (Christmas & New Year), 4 nights during high season (November 1 – April 30), and 3 nights during low season (May 1 – October 31).
Rates: Rates are subject to change without notice. Confirmed reservations will always be honored at the agreed rate.
